HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Please email our returns department at returns@bestsilvertime.com or call us at 1-800-522-6679 in order to obtain a Return Authorization number .
2. Package your return in its original packing materials with a copy of the invoice.
3. Please make sure to include the RA # on the package.
4. Send the package by any carrier that offers tracking such as USPS Mail with delivery confirmation, FedEx or UPS. We highly recommend insuring the package for the full amount of the invoice as we are not responsible for lost items.
5. Mail the package to the following address

PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive the item we will inspect to make sure it is still in the original condition. Returns take approximately 5 to 7 business days to process upon receipt of the item. If you have any questions, please email our returns department at returns@bestsilvertime.com and they will assist you.

Any items that has been altered, engraved, resized, appeared worn or damaged in any way are non-returnable.
Best Silver Inc reserves the right to refuse any damaged merchandise for return or exchange.
